No Oven Quick Coconut Cream Pie
"This was easy I made it myself you will see it's easy for you to"
- 2 (3.4 ounce) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 3/4 cups 2% cold milk
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 carton (8 ounce) frozen whipped topping, thawed (i used Cool Whip)
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
- Toasted coconut, I used 1/3 cup
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Step 1
In a large bowl, beat the dry pudding mixes, milk and coconut extract on low speed until combined. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and coconut.
Step 2
Pour into the crust. Sprinkle with toasted coconut. Chill until ready to serve. Refrigerate leftovers. it's easy to make and good!
