GREAT recipe for a super busy day. This took minutes to prep for the crock pot this morning and it was delicious... the beef was tender and a little bit spicy. It was wonderful with rice. I followed the recipe exactly as written, but it might have cooked (on low) a couple extra hours because I was out of the house. Made for For Your Consideration at the Food, Friends, Fun Forum.
