Montreal Spiced Turnip (Actifry)
"This is a very simple recipe I came up with when trying different ways of using turnip. DH likes drizzling a bit of melted butter over this but I prefer it as is."

- 1 medium turnip, diced into 1 inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon Montreal steak spice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted (optional)
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Step 1
Place the diced turnip in the actifry cooker.
Step 2
Sprinkle the olive oil and Montreal steak spice over the turnip.
Step 3
Set the actifry for 30 minutes and turn on.
Step 4
Sprinkle the melted butter over the cooked turnip if using.
