Step by Step Method
Step 1
Place dough ingredients in bread machine pan in order listed. Set on Dough cycle, press start
Step 2
During the first mixing check to assure your dough has the right amount of flour and liquid- dough should look nice and shiny. Flours differ so you may need to add lukewarm water a teaspoon at a time if it is too dry - a sprinkling of flour if too sticky. Never add more then 3 tablespoons of either the flour or the water
Step 3
In small bowl melt butter in microwave, in a second bowl mix sugar and cinnamon; set aside
Step 4
When bread cycle complete, remove dough punch down. Divide into equal pieces about the size of a walnut, roll each piece into a smooth ball
Step 5
Roll each ball in melted butter then in cinnamon-sugar mix. Place in greased bundt pan, repeat layers. Sprinkle chopped pecans between layers
Step 6
Mix remaining butter and sugar together, pour over top. Cover, let rise in a warm draft free place, 30 to 45 minutes
Step 7
Bake at 350 for about 40 - 45 minutes or until nicely browned and done (ovens vary)
Step 8
Cool in pan for 5 minutes on a wire rack. Invert on serving plate after the five minute cool
