Awesome recipe Pat. I enjoyed this tasty hot chocolate very much. Made exactly as written and wouldn't change a thing. It was so good, that I've made it a few times, with frothed milk and also with whipped cream (personal preference only) This is truly a lovely decadent treat, try it everyone, you won't be sorry. I used Blue Mountain Instant coffee for a real pow... it was great. Thank you so much for sharing.

Wonderful Coffee/Hot Chocolate drink!!! I made this as written, except I don't have anything to make the froth, so just added some whipped cream. Thanks for sharing a fun recipe for us during the holidays!! Made for Sweet December Event.

Sorry to be late with my tag! I wanted to use either of my frothing tools in this but haven't unpacked them since the move and don't know which box they are in. So at this point I gave up and just topped it with some whipped cream which is really good, and I imagine the foam is equally delightful and hope to have that next batch. Great mocha flavor! Thanks for sharing!

Muffin Goddess

I love all sorts of flavored coffee drinks, so this was right up my alley! I did find that mine needed some extra sweetener with the full amount of espresso powder in it, but I also like my coffee pretty sweet. I passed on the frothy topping this time because I was running late, but I will add it the next time I make this. Thanks for posting! Made for Sweet December tag 2014
