Mixed Veggie Stir Fry (Actifry)

- 3/4 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup yellow onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup green beans (topped, cut into 3)
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- Mushrooms, cut in half (4 mushrooms)
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce (garlic soy sauce)
- 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (mixed peppers)
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Place your carrots and onions in the actifry, drizzle on the oil, season with salt and pepper. Turn on for 5 minutes.
Add the green beans, cauliflower, celery and mushrooms. Turn on for 15 minutes.
Drizzle in the garlic/soy sauce, add peppers turn on for 5 minutes. Serve.
