"This is such a nice addition to that ... Mojito or favorite rum drink. Use a lime or orange to wet the rim of your glass; then, dip in the minted sugar. It is also fantastic sprinkled over your favorite mixed citrus/fruit salad. It is fantastic on fresh peaches or watermelon. These are my favorite uses; but, I am sure you can come up with others. I will last 3 days in the refrigerator in a sealed container - I usually use a small mason jar. And, you can easily cut this recipe in half. Also, you can add a little orange or lime zest to the mix as well. Cooking time DOES NOT include time for the sugar to dry on the counter before storing."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Simply add the 2 ingredients (3 is you are adding any lime or orange zest) to a small food processor; and, pulse until everything is combined. Spread out on a plate to lightly dry (1-2 hours) before adding to a sealed container. Then, refrigerate until ready to use. If using it for a party; it is perfectly fine if it sits out on the counter.
Step 2
NOTE: you can also do this with basil, thyme, oregano, rosemary, etc. And, you can even add other spices if you you want.
