" This is an easy tasty, healthy recipe. If you like more spice serve with a Thai chili sauce. I like to use Butter lettuce of leaf lettuce but any type will do. The cooked recipe freezes well. I always make a full recipe then divide the remaining into zip lock bags and freeze. "
