"A contest winner & easy-fix sensation from Taste of Home w/credit given to Amy Lents of Grand Forks, No Dakota. Amy introduced her Mimosa variation w/these words: "Everyone needs a little treat at brunch! I wanted to kick things up a notch, so I add a scoop of ice cream & some chocolate to my mimosas." I love this idea & also think using orange sherbet would be another good variation. Can't wait to try this. ENJOY!"
