"This is a base for MANY Meals. You can use beef, chicken or pork in this recipe. You can use this meat to make Burritos, Carnitas, Chimichangas, Enchiladas, Nachos, Quesadillas, Tacos, Taquitos, Tostadas, Huevos Rancheros, Mexican Pizza, Taco Chili, Taco Salad, Tamales, Tamale Cups, Tortilla Soup/Stew, Hoagies, Sandwich Melts, and Sandwiches. You can also have the meat served on Rice or all by itself. PLEASE NOTE: If the meat comes out "wetter" than you like, feel free to strain any extra juice. While I love mine with the extra juice, I know not everyone likes it that way. However, if you're going to freeze any of the meat, add the strained juice back to the portion you're going to freeze for best results. From Miss Happy Homemaker Blog"
