Mexican Rice: This dish is the perfect accompaniment to the Mexican Fried Ice Cream. The fluffy, seasoned rice provides a great contrast to the crunchy, sweet fried ice cream. It also adds a delicious flavor profile to the already amazing dessert.

Chimichurri: This tangy, garlicky sauce is the perfect complement to Mexican Fried Ice Cream.
