Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 500 degrees F.
Step 2
Place cauliflower on a greased baking sheet, lined with foil.
Step 3
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic capers and salt together. Pour over cauliflower; toss to coat evenly. Roast in oven for 15 minutes, until golden and caramelized. (turning once, halfway through cooking time.
Step 4
Remove from oven; place in a bowl or on a platter, sprinkle with pepper and garnish with cheese.
