"We love to use this marinade for lamb and steaks, usually we cook the meat on the B-B-Q; I especially like it with lamb whether it be a rack or a boned leg and I also really like it with rump steak. Please note that the sate sauce we use is Jimmy's Satay Sauce, an Asian satay which is bean based and not peanut based and is on the spicy side. Also our tablespoons are 20ml = 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of USA measures."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix honey and lemon juice together to form a liquid and then mix all the other ingredients in and marinade meat for whatever time suits you.
Step 2
I mix the marinade in the container which I am marinating the meat, if using a zip lock bag made up the marinade in a jug, put meat in the zip lock bag and then pour marinade over and seal bag.
