This is a keeper. I want to bathe myself in the dressing. Made for Billboard Tag, and I'll make it again!

I love these marinated tomatoes and onion recipes...anytime I come across one I jump on it...this one was exceptionally good...I use my home grown tomatoes and onions out of my garden...my tomatoes were on the small side and my onion was on the large side...thanks for sharing your recipe...made for "Billboard" tag game...

Simple flavors that combine into something delicious! Enjoyed very much with early tomatoes from the garden.

I really thought this was great. It tastes a lot less sour than it looks. Don't be afraid to try this. Two thumbs up! I had to substitute Italian seasoning for one of the ingredients ( I forget which). I had dried Parsley, though. This is a healthy keeper.

Yum, yum, yum! I loved this dish mostly for it's taste, but how easy. The dressing is a winner and I would say that the fresh basil is a must! I followed it to a tee, but used cilantro because I realized that what I thought was parsley was really cilantro in my fridge. It worked out great! A do-over for sure. Thank you Gerry for a winner! Made it for Billboard Tag.
