"Marcia and Cindy were my two older cousins that worked the avocado ranch with us. My sister and I just adored them, still do! Marcia lives near Fort Worth now, and she's a terrific cook, just like our moms were. Prep time doesn't include 2 1/2 hour total rising time."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in water with sugar and let sit for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients and knead for 5 minutes or until smooth and stiff.
Step 3
Let rise 1 hour in a warm place. Brush oil on baking sheet or pizza pan and sprinkle with cornmeal.
Step 4
Punch down dough and roll out on a floured surface to desired shape. Transfer to pan and cover with pizza sauce.
Step 5
Let rise 1 - 1 1/2 hours in a warm place. Then add 1 pound mozzarella and whatever toppings you like.
Step 6
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, or until done.
