Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375F.

Step 2

Trim sprouts and cut in half.

Step 3

Toss sprouts with oil and season to taste with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Spread on a nonstick baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 35-45 minutes, stirring occasionally and adding maple syrup for the last 15 minutes of roasting.

Step 5

Toss with toasted hazelnuts and serve.
