I love how you can make your own self-rising-flour and this recipe is a standby. I needed this flour to make some cookies and here it was ready for me to make Mikekey's recipe. Why go out and buy it when it's so very easy to make your own. Made my cookies come out excellent. Thank you, Mikekey for sharing. Made it for PickMe Tag.

I feel remiss that I have been making this for a couple of years and just realized I have not reviewed. This recipe works like a charm! Love having it handy when I need it. UPDATE 3/13/21: Still my go to after all these years! Thanks for sharing Mike!

This is a great recipe to have on hand for when you don't have any self-rising flour. We use it for a lot of baked goods and we love having it in the cupboard ready to go!
