"I know liver is something you either love or hate. I love it and this is an easy no fail recipe. No heavy coating on the liver just a light dust of flour to give it a slight crisp finish.. Serve the liver with mashed potatoes & gravy. If you like add a few mushrooms with the onions."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large skillet, medium heat, add onions, bay leaf and season with salt and pepper, cook stirring until the onions are golden about 15-20 minutes. Remove onions from the pan.
Step 2
Dust the liver slices with flour on both sides.
Step 3
Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan over medium high heat. Add the liver strips.
Step 4
Brown the liver about 2 minutes one side flip & another 2 minutes.
Step 5
Turn heat to medium. Add butter, return the onions and stir. Add vinegar, stir just enough to blended and heat for a couple of minutes.
Step 6
Your liver is ready!
