8 stalks celery, cut into 3 inch pieces, washed and dried very well (VERY IMPORTANT) I use paper towels
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, room temperature, ( I use 1/3 less fat)
1-2 tablespoons milk
1/2 - 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet Hidden Valley Dry Ranch Dip Mix
10 green olives, diced very small
Step 1 |
Wash celery. Dry well with a paper towel (VERY IMPORTANT). |
Step 2 |
Cut into 3 inch pieces, and set aside. |
Step 3 |
Put cream cheeses into a glass bowl. Put in microwave for 45 seconds., until soft. |
Step 4 |
Add enough milk to get creamy texture, starting with 1 tablespoon, and adding more if needed. |
Step 5 |
Add Ranch Dip Mix, (starting with 1/2 packet and adding more if you like it salty), and diced green olives to the bowl. Mix well. |
Step 6 |
Stuff celery with cream cheese mixture. |
Step 7 |
Wrap, and put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. |
