"These great little egg appetizers are a step up from the usual with the addition of ham in the mix. So delicious and great any time you are entertaining. Don't forget, you can also make the filling, add the egg whites chopped up fine, and use as a sandwich or roll filling or for sandwiches. Just increase the meat to 1 cup, omit the paprika and adjust the other ingredients, to taste. Also, you can add in finely chopped onion too. No matter how you look at it, it's a winner! "
