"This is one of my favorite ways to have turkey. It was really tasty with a little spice, and my son and I both loved it! The cooking time shown here is for an 8 pound turkey half. You can find the recipe here for Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning if you want to make your own to have on hand. It is delicious on and in so many things."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Wash off the turkey, and place on a large cookie sheet.
Step 3
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of turkey.
Step 4
Sprinkle Shake N Bake over crumbs.
Step 5
Spray with cooking oil spray all over the top.
Step 6
Sprinkle with Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning and pepper.
Step 7
Bake for 2 hours.
Step 8
Cut into pieces and slice breast, and serve.
