Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.Set oven rack to lowest position. Prepare an 11 x 7-inch baking pan. Pour/spread oil in the bottom pan, then place the shimp in the pan.

Step 2

In a bowl combine parsley and next 3 ingredients; sprinkle over shrimp. Cover with foil.

Step 3

Bake for 15 minutes. Turn shrimp over, drizzle with butter, lemon juice, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.

Step 4

Bake, uncovered, 5-10 minutes more.

I put these on skewers then rested them on aluminum foil and used the grill to cook them. No heating up the kitchen and the flavor from the grill tasted extra great on these little babies!

Wonderful flavour loaded recipe. I apologize Kitten - I ran out of time so did the shrimp stove top - worked really well. Fried them on a lightly sprayed pan with the parsley and garlic, when just pink added some panko, butter and parmesan, squeezed on the lemon and in a total of 6 minutes - served. Loved the recipe
