"I had some leftovers from some fried boneless sirloin pork chops, and just didn't want to reheat them. So,I added a bit of chopped pork and a bit of other things and came up with this recipe. This can be served over rice, noodles, potatoes. Or maybe as a unique idea, even over biscuits. :)This isn't what I would consider a main meal recipe, just an meat extender. Now as with all my recipes, please adjust seasonings according to yours and your families tastes. " Keep Smiling :)"

I love using leftovers and making new recipes out of them :) This is a good idea but I substituted most of the oil with water and chicken broth and mixed the flour in. Lovely!
