4 eggs
4 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup aged cheddar cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon butter
Step 1 |
Whisk all the ingedients together |
Step 2 |
Melt butter in a skillet, add eggs |
Step 3 |
Allow the eggs to settle and start to firm then roll them from the bottom of the pan with a spatula, turn them a few times until they are cooked but not dry |
