Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (set oven rack to second-lowest position).
Step 2
In a bowl beat egg whites with sugar (about 3 minutes). Add oil and 7-Up; beat until combined. Add in sour cream beat until combined.
Step 3
Add in the cake mix and beat until smooth and well combined.
Step 4
Pour the batter into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan (the batter will be quite thick so you will need to spread out with back of a spoon). Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done.
