"I make this on my blender it's healthy and gives you a ton of energy.. if you have a very powerful blender then you can omit the water, the water is only to help liquify the mixture while blending, this makes a large amount you can drink it all in once or drink half and refrigerate for later, it gets really thick when left in the refrigerator! This drink can be made without the protein powder it has great benifits and some of the benfits from this drink are elimate toxins, regulate bowels, freshen breath, increased energy, rejuvenate skin, whatcha got to loose exept things you don`t want, so go ahead drink one daily and feel better!"
