"This is a great recipe that is made easy using purchased pasta sauce however I have to say homemade is better which is what I use for this recipe. You could saute the mushrooms first but they will cook in the sauce. Amounts listed are really only a guideline you can adjust to taste"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Set oven rack to lowest position. Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Step 2
Season chicken pieces LIGHTLY with seasoned salt (or white salt) then pepper. Brown (only the skin side) in a skillet in a little oil for about 3 minutes. Transfer skin-side up into baking dish.
Step 3
Spinkle the browned chicken with Parmesan cheese. In a large bowl combine the pasta sauce with mushrooms and olives. (If sauce is very thick add in a small amount of water). Pour over chicken; bake uncovered for about 40-45 minutes or until chicken is done.
Step 4
At end of cooking sprinkle with mozzarella cheese; return to oven just until cheese melts. Serve with spaghetti.
