"You won't find a better cheesecake out there and there is no need to bake this cheesecake in a water bath, it does however need a 1 hour sitting time in the oven after baking, feel free to use a graham cracker crust in place of the chocolate, I prefer the chocolate, plan ahead there is an overnight chilling time, a good cheesecake needs time to ripen. Delicious!' I made this for a friend using a ready-made chocolate crust. It was a big hit! Creamy and so delicious with strawberry sauce over the top at serving time. Everyone raved!

My husband insisted on cheesecake for Thanksgiving, so what the man wants, the man gets. I remembered this one with the chocolate crust and decided to make it and top it with strawberry sauce at serving time. What a yummy cheesecake this is. Creamy texture and great flavor, and the crust is to die for, especially with the strawberries! Another WOW recipe from Zazz to add to my already huge file!

I love all kinds of cheesecake, but this is the lightest, fluffiest, most delicous cheesecake ever. It is so good, I have even baked it without the crust! I plan to bake one for a party this weekend, it is always a hit!

With a family member who wanted a cheesecake at his wedding and asks for cheesecake on his birthday, we've tried many recipes, and this one "takes the cake." It is as simple as they come, creamy and full flavored without being overly sweet. Add a topping if you dare.
