"Kale is so healthy and so tasty with the right combinations of flavours. I really enjoy this salad that came to being from a "clean the fridge" episode. Very easy salad. Allow several hours for it to sit in the fridge before serving. This is a good keeper. In fact I found that I liked it even more the second & third day!"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Mix together the kale, apples, cranberries.
Step 2
Mix together the oil, vinegar & sugar.
Step 3
Pour the oil mixture over the salad.Toss well to coat all the kale.
Step 4
Cover & place in the fridge to rest for a couple pf hours.
Step 5
Just before serving add nuts.
