"This is just like "The Melting Pots" Cheddar Cheese Fondue. I watched them make it on an early morning TV show, and they just gave vague amounts of ingredients with a few shakes of this and a few shakes of that, so I experimented and adapted it, and here is what I came up with. Great to dip bread cubes, apples, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and celery sticks into. I bet it would be good with pretzels and crackers too! NOTE: I I also posted a recipe for Broth For Fondue Dipping, and Heavenly Chocolate Fondue, to have along with this yummy cheesy fondue, for a complete meal."
