"Julie Eisenhower's Chicken Divan is one that I have used since the 60s. I believe she gave it while on the old Mike Douglas daytime talk show. I just thought I would give you a few changes to make it authentic! (g) OK…she may have updated it but there are a few differences and here they are. First of all she gave the recipe for What To Do With Left Over Turkey (or Chicken) after Thanksgiving and/or Christmas."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Lightly spray bottom of cooking dish with PAM.
Step 3
Layer cooked broccoli in bottom of greased casserole.
Step 4
Top with leftover turkey/chicken, cubed.
Step 5
Combine soup, lemon juice, mayonnaise and curry powder. Spread mixture (it's thick and needs spreading not just pouring in glops).
Step 6
Sprinkle with the cheese and Ritz crackers (preferably the original ones) crumbs.
Step 7
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly on sides and nicely browned to a nice tan.
