These were pretty tasty! I'll definitely be doing the garlic butter for other things as well; it's a quick and easy way to add flavour without having to mince fresh garlic. I used half zesty seasoned salt and half no-salt seasoning blend, and it was a bit too salty-tasting, so next time I'll adjust. The pimiento was good for colour, but I think next time I'll dice some red bell pepper instead to add flavour as well.

These looked so pretty and festive in the casserole dish and I just hoped they tasted as good as they looked on the table. I made them for our Christmas dinner for something different to have and they were so easy and were done in minutes. These will be made over and over, and I have had them already with the addition of onions. Yummo and yeah because my kids love them!

I couldn't wait to make these for Easter just to have the beautiful colors on the table! They were delicious and a new addition to us for Easter this year. What a pleasant surprise they were!

I used small button mushrooms and kept them whole. It took no time at all to get them ready and they were delicious! They were enjoyed with our Easter dinner and looked so pretty in the bowl. We will have these on a regular basis with our meals.

What a yummy recipe this is. I used cremini mushrooms for this. Quick and easy to put together and it was a tasty side to chicken Breast. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.
