  • 1/2 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 1teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup oil (canola oil)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Step 1

Combine the orange and lemon juice, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a glass bowl. Whisk in the oil a little at a time. Add remaining ingredients.

Step 2

Chicken breasts should marinate 3 to 4 hours. Wings 4 to 6 hours.

This marinade is awesome! I spooned some marinade over the chicken before baking in the oven and upon taking it out, the marinade in the pan was an amazingly rich colour.
