"You can make this up ahead of time and store it in a Zip-lock bag in the freezer. This is the perfect mix to use if you are diabetic or follow a gluten free diet. It's great to use to coat chicken or pork chops before frying or to thicken a gravy too! I will post a few recipes that use this mix as a base, such as making your own pie crust, or your own homemade pasta, so be looking for them!"
