"This was originally posted to another site in 2005. There was a very special lady on another site,her name was MEP and/or HEP MEP. She had a great pork tenderloin which inspired me to make create this. If you want to melt the Mozzarella, pop the sandwich under the broiler for a couple of minutes before topping with the top part of the roll.Posted to " ZAZZ " on June 19th.2014." Keep Smiling :)."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Pound pork chops until 1/4 inch thick; set aside.

Step 2

In a small bowl beat together eggs, water, pepper and Italian seasoning.

Step 3

In a medium bowl combine Parmesan cheese,and cracker crumbs.

Step 4

Dip pork chops in egg mixture, coating both sides.

Step 5

Then coat both sides of pork in cracker crumb mixture.

Step 6

In a medium size skillet, heat oil until hot but not smoking.

Step 7

Add pork chops and cook until golden brown, about 6 minutes on each side.

Step 8

To assemble each sandwich,Place a chop on bottom half of each bun,then spread 2 Tablespoon of sauce over meat.

Step 9

Sprinkle with 2 Tablespoons of mozzarella.

Step 10

Cover with top half of bun and enjoy.
