Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.

Step 2

Add eggs and oil, stirring until dry ingredients are moistened (batter will be very dry looking at this point).

Step 3

Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts, and bananas.

Step 4

Pour into greased bundt pan.

Step 5

Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a wooden pick inserted comes out clean.

Step 6

Allow to cool before removing from pan, enjoy as is or frost as desired.
