Step by Step Method

Thaw the spinach by cutting a small slit in the plastic bag, placing it on a microwave-safe plate, and microwave on high until thawed; about 2 minutes.
Step 2
Combine the thawed spinach with all of the remaining ingredients in a small microwave-safe serving bowl. Stir until the cream cheese is thoroughly incorporated. Some small clumps of cream cheese may remain. Microwave the dip, uncovered, on high, until bubbly; about 5 minutes. Stop once halfway through to stir. Serve at once with tortilla chips and enjoy!
