"This is so great with so many things. Have it on a burger,a bagel, try it on a smoked meat sammie or how about with roast beef. Takes minutes to make. Keeps well in the fridge. Do make it a day ahead to let the flavours meld. The recipe is from Bon Appetit. It makes just over a cup of schmear - I said 10 servings but it depends how you are using it"
