"This dip/spread is nice with just about anything. Dip your potato wedges or French fries in this or use it as a condiment for burgers or hot dogs. It is also a great addition to seafood; serve it with fish or dip your shrimp in it."

Tasty spread! I love horseradish so had to try this. I made a half recipe with light mayo. I used it on leftover turkey sandwiches after Thanksgiving. We liked it but the dijon did overpower the horseradish so I think I would reverse their amounts next time. Also, I just had the thought that this would be good with cranberry sauce in the sandwich as well. Cranberry goes great with turkey, mustard and horseradish. Freddy Cat says hi! Made for the Recipebook tag game.
