Horseradish, Cheddar, Bacon Burger
"The horseradish gives pep to this delicious burger. If you don't want to use bacon add some cooked Italian sausage or other sausage instead. If using bacon I like to use real bacon (cook 2 strips extra crisp and crumble). I love a slice of sweet onion, tomato & lettuce on the burger and mushrooms on the side."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Lightly mix together the beef, egg, cheese, horseradish, salt, pepper, garlic cloves and bacon bits
Step 2
Shape into 4 patties, 1/2 inch thick
Step 3
Pan fry in a lightly oiled pan or gill over hot coals - apprx 5 minutes per side
Step 4
Serve on buns with your favorite condiments
