A very different but delicious Greek Salad. It looks so attractive. I really liked the dressing - simple but it complimented the ingredients perfectly. A healthy do again salad.

I just made this salad and will marinate it overnight for my lunch tomorrow. But I couldn't resist taking a taste making sure that I got a piece of each vegetable and feta cheese in the bite...love the idea of making a marinated Greek Salad sans lettuce. Will probably use it as filling for a Greek Veggie Wrap. Can't wait for lunch!

we loved this Greek tomato salad. I did have to make a couple of changes for what i had in - I used a red sweet pepper, dried oregano, ripe black olives and the only red vinegar i had is was sherry. We particularly liked the dressing, the combination of flavours was wonderful, thanks for posting i will be making this again.
