We loved these wings...I cut the recipe down to 1-2 servings for one of our appy nights...it made 8 total wings for the two of us...in step 5 I just tossed the wings in the bowl of sauce...loved how they came out crisp on the outside and tender.... Read more
- 2 pounds chicken wings (split)
- 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable oil)
- Salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil paper and coat with non-stick spray.
Toss the wings with vegetable oil salt and pepper and pour onto prepared baking sheet.
Place wings on the baking sheet and bake for thirty minutes, flipping them over after 15 minutes.
Drizzle sauce over wings, turn to coat and bake for another 20 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through, turning as needed so they do not stick.
Pour wings into a serving platter and enjoy.
