Honey & Lime Chicken Legs

I made this recipe opting for dried dill instead of coriander, and it worked wonderfully well. This was so easy to make and DH liked the honey and lime flavour's. Cooking time was spot on given a minute or 2 either way...lol An easy and tasty.... Read more
- 2 tablespoons honey (clear)
- 2 tablespoons cilantro (coriander chopped)
- 1 whole lime (zest and juice of)
- 2 pounds chicken drumsticks (8 drumsticks)
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Mix the honey with the coriander (cilantro) and stir in the lime zest and juice.
Add the chicken drumsticks and mix well, cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
Heat the grill (broiler).
Grill (broil) the chicken drumsticks, turning and brushing frequently with the marinade for about 25 minutes or until cooked through (to check, pierce the drumsticks at its thickest part, next to the bone, the juices should run clear), timing could depend on size of drumsticks too.
