"I have made these for the last few years. They sure are a big hit with family and friends. I got the recipe that another site sent me in an email although I don't recall what site now. The are mildly smoked and not salty tasting at all in spite of the amount of sodium in the recipe. Serving sizes are 1/4 cup. I like to make these around the holiday times and so easy to make."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a bowl, whisk egg white until foamy.
Step 2
Add garlic powder, celery salt, salt and liquid smoke; stir until blended.
Step 3
Add almonds and stir until well coated.
Step 4
Evenly spread almonds in a 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking
Step 5
Bake at 300 degrees F for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes
Step 6
Cool until cold.
Step 7
Store in an airtight container.
