"We lived out in the country when our kids were growing up, which meant if we wanted hot pizza, I had to make it from scratch. This is the culmination of trying lots of different recipes, but I think I've nailed it for an authentic, Mom & Pop Italian pizzeria style sauce."

I like trying different pizza sauces, yous looked very good and it sure was good. I have learned from my time on the internet to let prepared tomato-based sauce recipes sit in the fridge for 24 hours before using them so that is what I did and the flavor went up a notch, I'll be making this sauce many times more. Thank you Puppitypup for posting this wonderful recipe.
