Step by Step Method
Step 1
PREP: In a double boiler, or microwave for a second, melt white chocolate chips till smooth. Cover the rim of your snifter with white chocolate, and then coat with coarse sugar while chocolate is still soft.
Step 2
Add a dollop of melted white chocolate to the bottom of the glass and place a “Peeps” Marshmallow Snowman into the soft chocolate till set.
Step 3
MIX: In a shaker with ice, mix the vodka, Crème de Cacao, and Peppermint Schnapps, strain into your glass, slowly over the snowman, top off with water and Goldschlager
Step 4
Sprinkle a pinch of sugar into the glass as it is being served to create the illusion of the “Snow Globe”
