Herb Garlic Spinach
" Good for you and so tasty. Don't cook the spinach any longer than to just wilt it and heat it through."

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 large cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 pound fresh baby spinach
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Step 1
Rinse the spinach, drain well in a colander
Step 2
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet, add garlic, saute 2 minutes over medium heat or until golden
Step 3
Remove as much moisture as possible after rinsing the spinach leaves.
Step 4
Toss the spinach with the garlic adding the basil, cook for about 4 minutes. Serve while it is piping hot
