"This is from a herb book, given to me by my wonderful Mother about 30 plus years ago. Dry your herbs over summer, and make this dried mix to use over winter. This dried mixture will keep throughout the winter months whilst your herb are not growing. Use it to flavour salad dressings and sprinkle over vegetables, meat, casseroles or soups."
