"This is the name my granddaughter gave to this pasta many years ago because she said that it made her think of heaven and how good it would be. She dearly loved this. She would even ask for this at lunch time. The ingredients below are guessed at amounts--I never measure for this; I just put it into the hot cooked pasta. You put in the amounts that you like the best."

Super easy and delicious. I used angel hair pasta but then made a change in the cooking method - I finely sliced up a small garlic clove and sauted in the butter then added the sour cream and some parmesan to heat up before then adding the hot pasta to the sour cream mix and when making again I would sprinkle some parsley or chilli flakes to give a bit of colour to the dish. Thoroughly enjoyed with a garden salad on the side. Thank you MimiMaine made for Alphabet Tag Game at FF&F.

I was looking for something to make for my grandson for lunch and remembered seeing this in my recipe book. Sometimes simplicity can't be beat and this is one of those to try. It's a kid loving genius meal that will be made mega times for us!
