These were hearty burgers! I shaped the mixture into three larger burgers so it was very filling! We liked the flavor and the heartiness. I appreciated that there were mushrooms hidden inside (my husband wouldn't intentionally eat them). I'll try your barbecue sauce idea next time. Thank you!

Very good and different turkey burgers - had some mushrooms I wanted to use up, so this was a great recipe to use them up on. I halved the recipe which was perfect for the three of us (with some leftovers for lunch tomorrow). Thanks for sharing.

Great recipe. I was a little worried because they were a bit "wet" but they firm up beautifully and remain moist. Because we are spice hounds I served them with Thai Chili sauce on top. I put them in a thin whole wheat bun. Graet Saturday night Burger Thanks Mike for another Mmmm recipe. 30 Jan 16 Made again enjoyed just as much!

Followed directions as listed and used white hamburger buns instead of whole wheat with great results. These turned out so nice and juicy. Will be making these often; thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for the Healthy Recipe Tag game.

I loved these burgers for lunch today! The mushrooms and onions tasted so good mixed in with the turkey. They were juicy and delicious! I had to use my George Foreman Grill inside, but they were still awesome. I really look forward to having them on the grill to get that charcoal flavor. Thanks for sharing this one with us Mike!
